Calculator inputs and your deal file
Calculations run in your browser. Financial inputs are not submitted to an application database. The optional deal file uses localStorage on your device. It contains your saved inputs and result snapshots. Use the deal file’s Clear file option or your browser’s site-data controls to remove it.
Share links include financial inputs in URL query parameters. Anyone with the link can see those inputs. A server, browser history or hosting log may retain a requested URL. Avoid adding names, confidential addresses or sensitive financial details to a shared link.
Maps and external resources
Map imagery is requested from Esri or OpenStreetMap. These providers receive your IP address and requested tile locations. Address search sends the text you submit through our server to Esri’s geocoding service when configured, or to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service in development. Search is initiated only when you choose Find. Enter coordinates or use dimension mode if you prefer not to send an address search.
External links take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices. No advertising cookies or email capture are enabled. A referral provider may receive information when you follow a labelled paid link. The hosting provider may keep ordinary security and access logs.
Web analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It records aggregate visits and page views, including the page path, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. It uses no analytics cookies. Vercel distinguishes visits using a hash derived from the request and discards the visitor session after 24 hours.
We remove query parameters and URL fragments from page-view URLs before sending them to analytics. We do not send calculator inputs, saved profiles or deal files as analytics events. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation for more information.
Hosting and your rights
Vercel hosts this site and processes request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, to deliver pages and protect the service. Fonts are served from this site. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details of its processing.
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data, object to or restrict processing, request portability where applicable, or complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Send privacy requests to jonas@sport-calculator.com. If you email us, we use your contact details and message to handle your request.
